Supervisor (Care Staff)

Responsibilities

Manage boys in the Home to the best of their welfare.
Nurture, monitor and guide residents in their daily routine and activities in different shifts and report to the Superintendent. Ensure the integrity of Covid19 measures.

Experience

Experience in similar position as house parent in Residential Home or participation in voluntary service and charitable activities will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.

 Requirement

Candidates with Diploma in Social work / Psychology / Counselling are preferred, O Level or N level may be considered. Possess a cheerful and outgoing personality with the ability to communicate well at all levels and handle responsibilities entrusted upon with ease.

Candidates should have passion in social service and comfortable in interacting with people and managing children, teenagers and adolescents.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualification.

The Ramakrishna Mission Boys’ Home came about as a result of the Second World War(1942). The present building of Ramakrishna Mission Boys’ Home as we know it today was opened in 1950, with space and facilities to accommodate children who need love, guidance and care.
